While earnings vary based on schedule, availability, and guest demand, the following ranges reflect average annual earnings at Dwell for full-time stylists:
Stylists joining without an existing clientele:
$60,000–$70,000 per year on averageStylists joining with an existing clientele:
$70,000–$100,000+ per year on average
These ranges are supported by strong marketing, consistent new-guest flow, assistant and front desk support, and systems designed to maximize time behind the chair.
